Terms of use
Last updated 20 Oct 2026
1. Scope and provider
SiteSup is offered by Constantin Koblmiller, Ramperstorffergasse 43, 1050 Wien, Austria (see the Impressum). These terms apply to every use of the studio and every export. They apply to consumers and to businesses; where a rule is only for one of them, it says so. A consumer is someone who uses SiteSup for private purposes (§ 1 KSchG).
2. The service
SiteSup delivers an export (E57 point cloud or OBJ mesh) cut from third-party 3D city data for the area you choose, georeferenced, with the source's licence and attribution in the download.
An export is site context, not a survey. Its accuracy, completeness and currency depend on the source data, which we do not control. It is not a substitute for a survey by a licensed surveyor and must not be used where a survey is required. Sources can become unavailable when a publisher changes or takes down a service; we then cannot deliver from that source.
3. Access and fair use
There is no account. The studio gets a guest access token on its own, valid for 30 days. Free exports are limited to an area of up to 60 × 60 m (3,600 m²) and 3 per day; there is also a daily limit on exports and a maximum area per source.
You may not:
- use scripts, bots or other automated access to the studio or the API,
- get around the limits, the access token or the bot check,
- resell raw access to SiteSup, or use it in a way that disrupts the service for others.
We may refuse or stop exports that break these rules.
4. Prices and payment
Larger exports are paid per export, at the price shown in the studio before checkout (at launch a flat €4). The price includes any VAT that applies where you live; the checkout may show it in your local currency.
Purchases are sold through Link: Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company, is the reseller and merchant of record for the payment. Link takes the payment on a checkout page hosted by Stripe, collects the VAT and emails you the receipt and invoice. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* followed by our name. We never see your card details. Link's own terms for these purchases are at link.com/terms.
The contract is formed when you pay. The export starts once Stripe confirms the payment. We, Constantin Koblmiller, provide the export and are responsible for it (sections 2, 5 and 9).
5. Delivery
The export downloads in the studio when it is ready; for a paid export, the download link is also emailed to the checkout address. Files are kept for 7 days after a paid export (24 hours after a free one) and then deleted, so download your files in time. Exports run in a queue and can take a while; data that we first have to order from the publisher can take up to 24 hours.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts when the contract is formed.
Early end of the right: an export is digital content. By paying, you expressly ask us to start the export right away and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have started to deliver (§ 18(1) Z 11 FAGG; Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). The studio shows this next to the Pay button. Once the export has started, the right of withdrawal has ended. We confirm the contract and this acknowledgement to you by email.
To withdraw before delivery has started, tell us clearly, for example by email to hello@sitesup.eu. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send the notice before the period ends. You can also ask Link support for the refund, giving withdrawal as the reason. We refund what you paid without delay and within 14 days, to the same payment method.
Model withdrawal form. To Constantin Koblmiller, Ramperstorffergasse 43, 1050 Wien, hello@sitesup.eu: I hereby withdraw from the contract I concluded for the following service: [export / order date or email address used at checkout]. Name of the consumer: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. (Signature only if on paper.)
7. Failed or cancelled exports
If a paid export ends in an error or is cancelled after payment, we refund it automatically and in full, VAT included, through Stripe to the original payment method. There is no re-run credit instead. Link can also refund a purchase in individual cases if you contact Link support. You get an email when an export fails. Refunds normally reach your account within a few business days, depending on your bank; if nothing has arrived after 14 days, reply to that email and we will look into it.
This is on top of your statutory rights, which stay unaffected.
8. Data licences
Every export comes from a publisher's dataset and carries that dataset's licence and the attribution it requires, in a file inside the download. You must follow it; for example, credit the source under CC BY when the data appears in a drawing or rendering. The studio only offers sources whose licence allows commercial use. We grant no rights beyond the source licence. The coverage page lists the sources.
9. Warranty and liability
Consumers: the statutory warranty rights for digital content apply and are not limited by these terms. We are liable without limit for intent, for personal injury and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are not liable for damage to property, except where it concerns an essential duty of the contract (§ 6(1)(9) KSchG).
Businesses: the warranty period is 12 months. We are not liable for slight negligence. For gross negligence our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage and, in total, to the price paid for the export concerned. Lost profit and indirect damage are excluded for slight negligence. Claims for damages expire 12 months after the damage and the person causing it become known.
Everyone: we do not assume liability for the accuracy, completeness or fitness of third-party source data (section 2). You are responsible for checking an export before you rely on it in planning or design. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Support
Questions about a payment, a receipt, an invoice or a refund: Link support. Questions about an export, its data or a failed job: us, at hello@sitesup.eu or by replying to the email you received.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
12. Law, jurisdiction, changes
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Sales Convention. As a consumer you keep the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. Consumers can sue us, and be sued, in the court of their residence or place of work in Austria (§ 14 KSchG). For businesses, the competent court in Vienna has jurisdiction.
We may change these terms for good reason (for example new features, a new payment provider or a change in the law). A change applies to exports ordered after it is published here; the date at the top shows the current version. If one clause is invalid, the rest stays valid and the law fills the gap.
